Wisconsin walnut blasting?
I have a 135i that NEEDS walnut blasting. Bought it with 83k and the previous owner said he never had the intake cleaned.
Anyone on here have a hookup or should I just drop stacks at the dealer?

Anyone know what their price is? How long does it take? Contact info? It's a 3 hour drive for me, so I'd have to putz around town while they're doing it or something.

Just google Aspec Tuning and it will pop up. I believe the price is $300-350, but don't quote me on that, and it should take a few hours. They will just drop you off at a nearby Starbucks and you can sit around there. It's best to email them instead of calling because I don't think they can hear the phone when they're in the shop. Really nice and honest guys. I'm taking my car back there soon to get some other things done.

Between 40 - 60k on average, though many will argue sooner. I just had mine done at 56k

I'm actually available on the 24th, but I'm not sure what price you're paying or if they have a time slot to do two. I have a friend that wants it done as well. I'm pretty sure they're honoring either $200 or $250 for the blasting if you mention you came from E90 post. I'd like to do a before/after dyno or at least an after dyno to see where I'm at. I like that they take before/after pictures as well.

I don't think so because it'd be $400 then. I'm going to be ordering JB4 and a few other things soon and will dyno it then.

Yea that makes sense. Although I kinda wish I had stock dyno numbers to compare with. Well maybe I will run into you in IL tomorrow. Should be a good day.

Not sure. Still waiting on the official results to be emailed to me. I know the highest hp run before cleaning was 397.

And after cleaning. You get the idea. Some of them were much worse looking. Sean and Brad at A-spec tuning are great guy's and really know their stuff.
