New custom trunk set-up!

Hey guys. Just wanted to post my work on here. The first pic is the before. Ghetto a little, and took up too much trunk, also couldn't access the lower trunk storage compartment. I don't have folding back seats, or the ski pole thru hole thing. So I built a custom enclosure with a panel cover. This is my first custom build, but not first stereo install.
Specs
Sub: cvr12
Amp: sony with LOC (I know need to upgrade, but works)
Enclosure: 3/4 MDF glued and screwed

How does this sound. I have no ski pass either so interested if sound transmits sufficiently.

The previous box sound was great , just took up too much room and wasn't laid out nicely. It was 1.25 cf and the new box is 1.54cf so I lost some sound, so I will be cutting down the box to lower cf. I could fit a 27Wx16Hx10D box, and still have lower trunk access, to give 1.82 cf and fit 2 subs. (If you want to go that route) The box fits between the humps before the wheel wells. I should have included a pic of that. Will do tomorrow.

I did a corner sub set up and made a hole in the ski pass. It barely made a difference. Majority of the time the ski pass armrest is up. But you can still make a hole to fit longer things in the car.

I have my subs facing the other direction, and I usually keep the seat or at least the skipass down. I had a zenclosures box which is pretty much the same thing as this. I got a lot of rattles and very little bass made it into the cabin.

My seats don't fold down, and no ski pass. I only have one sub, maybe why u don't have as much rattles. Also my box airspace is too much, so it hits lower, and not as loud.

I also didn't have folding seats or a ski pass when I started out. I've tried a few setups so far. They all rattled, and the bass pretty much stays trapped in the trunk.

Here r the new more detailed pics safe d. Let me know how urs turned out. Like I said there is almost 1in on each side and 1 in extra room in front to go bigger for 2 subs, or even 1 15 if that's ur flavor.
