Mercedes Announces ANOTHER variant of the C-Class
C450 Sport, 367 HP
http://www.autoblog.com/2014/04/23/m...rt-amg-report/ Sounds mostly just like a tuned C400 with more aggressive styling. |

I haven't been keeping up, I didn't even know there was a C400.

Hardly any compared to all the nonsense BMW is churning out lately.

Yeah, the C250 Coupe, and C300 sedan are the one's I see all over the 405. All in all though, not bad looking cars.

It's not a new model. It's analogous to BMW's F30 Sport Line, Luxury Line, Base Line, 320i, 328i, 335i, etc.

I know. Again, "a different set of bumpers and some slight engine/suspension tuning does not constitute a new model." I'm not fond of the German marketing games. It's a "problem" with BMW, Audi, Mercedes, and Porsche. They seem to take some great engineering ideas and then they cover them in all of this marketing tinsel and the forum boys eat it all up

Mercedes has definitely come to play. I've never owned one, but they've really peaked my interest with their new C-Class.
367 hp NON AMG? And with that super luxurious interior? BMW really needs to step up their game with the 3-Series. |

That's a car I'd own, if I didn't have an AMG on order.

Thank you, but I believe true aristocrats would prefer not to shift.

Actually, in Europe there will be C-Class models available with a manual transmission.
