I have a 2008 335xi e90.... 2013 applies to the second car, e70 X5

Yup, N54 !

DP's were ran for about 6 months only, with COBB....

I took them off for mntce work via BMW extended warranty, and sadly crashed my ride 2 weeks ago... Waiting to hear back from Insurance, write-off vs. fixing.... I miss driving it !
