Would these wheels/tires fit my 335i e92?

Hi,

i am planning to change the wheels of my e92 335i and I am between these 2 options:

M3 e92
8,5x19 ET 29
9,5x19 ET 23

m3 e46 csl
8,5x19 ET 44
9,5x19 ET 27

The tires would definitely be:
225/35R19
255/30R19

Would they fit correctly or would I have to roll my fenders? I have seen people are running bbs ch's with et20 rear...

Thanks in advance

The OEM style 230 setup is:

8x19 ET 37 225/35R19
9x19 ET 39 255/30R19

So have an inch couldnt make such a difference...

the tires will fit the wheels, but those rear wheels will possibly rub (a lot).

Your front wheels will fit fine on both setups, but both setups will prob. have rear wheel rubbing. The small tire will help gain some more clearance; lets say the section width is 0.5" smaller with the 255 than a 265 (more common setup). Thats .25" on either side, so around 6mm more clearance than a 265. That would bring the +27 of the E46 M3 CSL setup into a barely reasonable range.

Its a risk, as since the lower you go, the rim itself is still going to stick out of the fender a bit and the lower you go, the more chance for rubbing.
