Hey,
Okay so I installed the Alpina B3 flash a few weeks ago and all was good. I went on a 2hr drive and the service engine light came on. I got a bunch of codes typical for that flash (Cd99, Cd95, cd9c, 511b and some others) so I reset the error memory and then from there I went in and used and CS expert to reset that EGS module now I get a malfunction park reverse and drive may not be available use reset switch
I pop the shifter cover and flip the switch and everything works fine I can going to gear the paddle shifters work What did I do wrong?

More info:
When I "reset" the EGS module I did it as if I was coding. Read module, made to MAN and didn't change anything and wrote it back to the module. I did notice that in the man it said
EL_INTERLOCK
nicht_active
Should it be set to active?

I figured it out. I shouldn't have been in a Man profile. The NCS reset was where I went wrong. I changed to expert mode processed ecu EGS and wrote it back with factory settings.

Goodjob figuring it out yourself, it is never recommended to reset your modules by using a blank .MAN file. Always use expertmode and process the module you want to reset.
