Re-Use a JB4?

Hey guys, so im looking to buy a used JB4 for my N54 E92.

I was concerned about reusing a JB4

How does everybody feel about this?
Is it safe?
Smart?
Will I run into more problems then I normally would?

Feedback is greatly appreciated!

old 1 should be fine, just make sure to get a G5 board

its the newest version of the JB4, G5 is the 1 you want

OP just make sure the pins are intact on the harness and not bent and the wiring isnt pinched or some other type of defect. Used JB4s are bought and sold daily.

I got my JB4 G4 used and I've had 0 problems with it. Just make sure it doesn't have any bent pins.
