Hi guys/gals,

Right been mulling this over for far too long and with not much on the info side of things, also what doesnt help is when searching for this kind of topic Im getting nothing but results with people mentioning the exhaust and no one actually owning and fitting one.

So Ive got as some might know a 2008 325D (197hp) and when looking on the net at the exhaust it only ever lists the 318i-320i and then 330i with a MASSIVE price hike, obviously theres some kind of valve attached to the 330 but thats not the case with the 325.

So Im left with the question of what do I do and why isn't there a listing for the 325?

As for tips Id rather not bother thus wanting the Performance exhaust.

I've tried looking too and can't seem to definitively find one? In the end I've jut settled for the chrome tips, but they're still expensive at £90 a pair!

Have you considered the likes of Miltek and aftermarket exhausts? It depends if you're going for the looks or the performance/noise

A bit of both performance and sound I know its a diesel but still sounds good when giving it a good boot full.

Well Ive been in touch with BMW this morning but I need to get back to them with my chassis number then ill get some answers.

As I say though the price is colossal £520 for the smaller engine and £830 for the 3litre

ahh definitely not worth it then. I wonder what prices for aftermarket/custom systems are? I'd have thought much much less than that

Similar prices sadly especially if you want the same style at the PE.

True dat, i did have a look before posting but couldn't find anything, either way Ive found it for the 325i just need to know whether its a problem it being for the 325i but being stuck onto a 325d.

Does it make a difference and is there a difference between the two (please bear with me Im not mechanically minded).
