Procede v2 & JB2R dynos graphs. *graphs inside* *Mustang dyno*
First of all, this is not another BASH tuners thread. Please take the info here as a grain of salt.
Myself and Jon went to Logic Motorsports to do some dyno runs to compare both cars. Mine with v2.0.2, exhaust, HFC DP, custom FMIC, stock intake box / filter. Jon's with JB2R, exhaust, BMC filter. Anyways the night before he went to Terry's to check if everything was fine with his JB2R tune and Terry fixed his boost problem. So today we wanted to check the differences between the two on a dyno. Anyways we were both on 96 octane. Both on the same dyno same day. Ok well heres some back round on the dyno. This is a mustang dyno. A stock e46 m3 dynoed 249 rwhp on it. It read a around 20-25 rwhp lower than a dynojet, same goes with tq. Tonight it was 77 degree's outside. Both numbers are there SAE corrected and uncorrected for all you people to see. I dont have Jons graphs but he dynoed 324 rwhp and 406 wtq uncorrected. Both the procede and the JBR2 have the same power curves except for tq curves. The procede seems to have more in the higher rpm band. Both cars were boosting 14-15 psi. We will go back and dyno the cars on 91 octane when we get the time. Heres my dyno numbers... Glory run. Probably 400 rwhp on a dyno jet Comparison average graph between my power curves vs Jons. (These are average numbers of our runs, not peak graphs) Did a 1/4 mile run on it for fun. (Jons car pulled a 12.7@110) Runs Some are in 2nd some are in 3rd. Heres a close one between myself and jon. This was where my clutch started to not catch after a sec. Seriously tho on average in 3rd Im about 2 solid cars ahead. Maybe 3 in 2nd. or 2.5CL. EDIT Ok heres the runs my glory run vs jons glory run. My glory run is the one with 480 wtq. I cranked up the % by a few to see what it would spike, and they never went above 16.4 psi on 96 octane. Also I have more free flow mods than jon. With base settings im at 15 psi. Never above 15.5 psi. Ill have to figure out a way to smooth out the power band and then redyno. On the road 15.5 vs 14.5 psi is about 2 Cl's and 16.4 vs 14.5 is about 3-4 Cl's. I still have to play with the car to fix the curves and smooth everything out. Next week Ill try to fit it in and see if I can fix those But its not the dyno. Those are really the numbers. PSI. AFR IAT

Thanks guys. I was pretty happy with the numbers as it being a mustang dyno.

Am I reading this correct? You made 371 rwhp and 473 rwtq? The only thing I don't understand is that you torque line is blue since it is falling toward redline, so it should correspond to the left scale, yet that would indicate about 430 rwtq. However if the blue line corresponds to the right scale then the numbers make sense. Anyone else seeing this?
Those numbers are really amazing. I cannot believe you are nearing 500 rwtq. |

Heat soaked on an average I was hitting like 450-460 wtq and like 370 whp. Its a mustang dyno it reads lower than a dynojet.

Gotta say, numbers don't lie. When drag racing, there are so many variables involved. Put two cars on the same dyno and it's easier to compare, apples to apples.
