Jlevi SW | Drive Out Hunger December Charity Sales Event

In an effort to give back to the local community and add to the general spirit of good-deeds this holiday season, JleviSW is happy to announce our "Drive Out Hunger" December Charity Sales Event.

For every single order placed from December 1st and December 20th, 2008, Jlevi StreetWerks, LLC will donate $1 to the Alameda County Food Bank.

This will include any sales that we may have listed, and any purchase of gift certicates.

The funds will be sent on December 21st to the food bank, so that they may help those in need! We will be announcing how much money was raised at that time, as well!

In addition, we welcome our customers to "match" our contributions by adding funds to their orders here. These dollars will of course not be taxed, and will go 100% to Charity.

I'm happy say this is a great thing you guys are doing. I'll surely purchased something and add $1 to the order just because this is the first time i've seen any vendor do something like this for charity.

We've already sold our first "Drive Out Hunger Dollar" - last night, before the campaign even started! But we'll be donating a dollar for that order, to match our customer's commitment!

Our site was charging tax on the extra dollars by default - that has been fixed.

Not sure - our sales figures have more than doubled since last year, so we're not exactly sure what to expect. Hopefully we can raise as much money as possible!

Glad to see you guys are doing this! Hunger is a major problem here in the US that often gets over looked. Im participating in a food drive at my local church and a bunch of the Las Vegas car clubs are participating in KLUC's toy drive. Its good to give during this time of year to those less fortunate then us as if your driving a BMW good chances are you have been blessed financially
