BMS DCI pass smog?

Hey guys, I'm actually in the process of selling my car and by law, I need to have a smog certificate to sell it. I have BMS DCI's installed in my 07 335i. Have you guys had experience with a smog shop that passes it or fails the visual inspection? Thanks for the input!

The BMS DCI is not C.A.R.B (California Air Resource Board) approved, so it will not pass smog. I would suggest putting the stock intake back on the car to pass the visual inspection.

^what he said. As soon as they open the engine and see them, you fail.
