TPMS Warranty Question...

I think I have a broken TPMS. My car is still under warranty but I have an aftermarket wheels. Will the dealer replace the TPMS even with aftermarket wheels or will they probably blame the non OEM wheels for the cause of the problem? My car has been rolling with the aftermarket wheels for more than 2 years.

I don't see how they can blame it on after marker wheels if the sensor was installed right.
