AAC support files?

Does anyone here knows if the new firmware updates on the iDrive will support burned CD/DVDs with AAC files.

AAC is not supported in iDrive (<2008).
I Don't know if the new type of iDrive (2009 ) support AAC.

Thanks! I did read a post here somewhere that said AAC IS supported on the new IDrive :-(
