Depo blackline tails, worth it? LED or no?

so the right rear tail light on my e91 has a decently sized hole in it, which is a great excuse to get blackline tail lights!

in my searches it looks like the depo blacklines look very good, arent that expensive and seem (on the surface) to work well.

so, should i get some?
and furthermore, should i get the LED or non led versions?

LEDs have caused members errors and rapid flashing which can get you in trouble with local law enforcement.

The non led DEPO ones are infamous for the three bars to over heat and melt within the housing also known for fogging in the housing for both led and non led ones.

I would recommend OEM blacklines as you will get the quality and fitment.
