Hello everyone, this is my first post so I apologize if there are any forum rules that I break.

I have a (currently) stock 2012 e92 LCI space grey 335i M-sport package on style 230 wheels

I tried googling and using the search button to see if anybody else on forums has any pictures of their space grey on gloss black or gun metal/ anthracite powder style 230's

I'm having a little trouble deciding what color to powder coat mine OR should my first mod be gun metal Apex Ec-7's

These are one of the few that i've found that even have painted style 230s

If anybody else has pictures of these wheels in gloss black / gun metal on SG then please post them!

None of these cars are mine, nor do I know who's they are. But if someone knows then please give credit to their rides

Mine are sitting in boxes. I got Sportline CSLs to replace them. Dunno, that wheel never did it for me. I had seen them coated and dipped and still, nothing.

Love my 230's. Fill the wheel wells out just right and they look great IMO. Haven't done anything to mines tho, stock OEM color. Based on the pictures, I wouldn't like them in a darker color.

stock height with the 19'' 230s definitely fills it out better than most oem wheel styles. got me thinking that I should plasti dip-gloss it first and see how I feel about it so at least I can peel it off

agreed, they look better than many of the other stock styles they offer.



this is what my ideal e92 would look like with a few minor changes to it

agreed! these runflats piss me off, and while I love to have the look CSL reps give, I would much rather have my first mod be JB4 with BMS DCI or if I have the money I would get the afe magnum force stag 2 pro 5r intake system for the n55 and an ER charge pipe. Eventually I will get the apex ec-7s in anthracite or something similar, the concave looks amazing..
