2007 E90 330i pre-face lift Angle Eye bulb part number?

My drivers side angle eye has gone out. Error code cc-id 132. I might as well do both sides.

What is the part number for the bulbs?

Also are there any LED upgrade bulbs that are recommended?

Id rather get the bright white bulbs rather than the OEM Orange ones.
