Mtech Pre LCI and LCI Front Bumper Confusion

So, I've searched for hours but still can't come to a definite conclusion. My M3 style bumper and lip met an unfortunate doom...Hopefully you guys can help.

I drive a 06 Pre-LCI Sedan (Pre LCI Bumper and Hood) and I'm looking for a Mtech Front Bumper such as this one which is sold on m0dbargains.

My question is that will this lip that is made for LCI Mtech bumper fit on that bumper. It appears that the bumper is made to resemble the OEM LCI Mtech front bumper (The fog light area is wider)

Do all Mtech "styled" front bumpers accept the same lips/splitters regardless if they are Pre/Post LCI?
