New addition to family - e350 cdi amg sport

Just wanted to share my excitement of the new addition to the family

We just bought a mercedes e350 cdi amg sport saloon for my dad

Got good toys on it and decent miles etc, 10/10 plate.

We bought from Amanah prestige ltd in essex and couldnt be happier with the service, decent cars and well priced imo.

Will add pics and more about the car once i get my hands on it lol

Now my dad will be quicker than me in my 330d - time for a remap!!!

Garage List
They are nice cars, but you summed them up in your second sentence.... Your "Dad" bought it, i.e. they seem to be bought by people of a certain age. Is the interior up to BMW standard mower days? They weren't a few years ago....

The e class seats are like deck chairs even with amg package. And the steering wheel was borrowed from a leyland bus I think. Lol

For the correct person that is a lovely car. With what i would say is the perfect engine for it aswell. The 350 diesel engine is a very powerful lump.

What are the figures for the Merc 350 CDI engine and how do they compare with the 330D?

Having come from a 330d and now owning a e350 sport I can tell you now that you will have no problem keeping with the merc. Merc is so much nicer in every way until you decide you want to give it some welly. It's no slouch but the power is nothing like you get from a 330d IMO. Thinking of getting the merc mapped so that should make a difference
