Apologize for this theme , but as Bimmerpost is my other family I will need some help .
Long story short I'm moving in different area and I'm looking some fellow member who need new place to leave to take over my lease . It's in Ashburn area , new develop community with lot of amenities . One bedroom apartment with den , 866 sq.ft nice view , one light away from 267 ...
It will be available from august 1 ,lease will end up April 2015 . $1370 month , utilities not included . $500 deposit which I'm willing to pay if is for somebody from the forum .
Thanks everybody , apologize that it's completely out of BMW topic but I'm getting desperate ...
