Drivers side mirror vertical movement not working

This is a non power-folding mirror model. Passenger side mirrors working fine, but drivers side it can only do the horizontal movement. No sound or anything when up/down is pressed on the round pad. Does anyone know have the wiring diagram? Is there any way to test the motor? cheers
