Anyone done this? I saw the TDIWyse post about something *similar*, but for someone who fills up the DEF every 10k miles, I would still need to fill it regularly.

It is so easy to remove the rear bumper that I might just go through the pain of removing the rear bumper each time it needs filled.

Back to the question- any ideas or tutorials on this?

After second thought, I really wouldn't mind that. I can remove my rear bumper in 10 minutes, and it's basically once per year.

You can always set it up to fill up from underneath or removing fender liner.

If I were going to do something like this, I would DEFINITELY get the new DEF ports on f30 series, that allow direct filling from hose.

I'm a goober. I should've just searched images. I searched articles/forum posts.

I see the brilliance, er, practical placement has finally been achieved. Kudos, BMW.

If I was on unemployment or something, I think I would attempt to engineer all kinds of things for the 335d. A proper kit to help with carbon build up might be out of reach for me, but a simple urea fill tube relocation kit would be a big win!

It's probably not doable, and if it is, one of you brilliant DIY'ers with a garage can show me how.
