E91 trunk wiring?

Hi guys,

Starting to plan my CCC to CIC retrofit and had a few mins to inspect what I had as pre wiring in my trunk. (Just got the 06 325 XI E91 3 weeks ago).

Left rear quarter panel (where the car manual is and tool kit). I have pre-wiring there. Whats it for ?

Then I looked under my trunk carpet, noticed there's 2 empty spots for MULF or TCU, also wiring running to the RIGHT side.

This is the TCU location correct? I will be doing a combox retro in the future.
What can be installed on the left side of the under-carpet floor?

My car has CCC, voice control and AUX in. No USB, No bluetooth/telephone which will be done with the combox.

Wouldn't I need to have a MULF installed due to having voice commands? I can't seem to find it.

There are two sets of cables in that cover if you have pre-wiring for CD changer and satellite radio. That is what wires my e91 has there.
