Make sure you get the C-clip on there properly, only thing I can think of is you didnt put it on right.
+1

The tmap sensor is the biggest PITA of the install however i didnt make a good connection with the upper charge pipe and blew mine off the first test drive i retightened the clip and has since held on and chances are you have done no damage just make sure you put the TB on the right way and it should not come off unless you did not put the new o ring inside the flange

update #2: I removed the c clip then squeezed it to compress it because it was a little stretched. After reinstalling it, along with really putting some muscle to ensure the charge pipe was on there the best it could be, everything is running great and it has not came off since.

All in all, the VRSF charge pipe is a great product! Easy install, and great improvement over the stock charge pipe. In addition, it is the best priced charge pipe on the market backed by the great customer service of Tiago!

Great, sounds like it fit well. I just ordered one, can't wait to get it!
