Another thing to note is the "Tax expires March 2015".

Under the new rules for RFL you can't sell a car with tax. This means for used car buyers, the vehicle tax will no longer be transferred while those selling can claw back unused tax.

If you think backdating the log book will work, it won't. It's been tried & tested on other forums. Worked for the first week.
