Last week I also flashed Stage 1 with a FTP Charge pipe on my 2012 E91 335i (N55) LCI.
Just like with MHD Stage 0 I noticed after the flash that there were some stalling issues the first days. This time the same. But.. I also have the cold start delete. I haven't disabled this, but read that this option has caused this issue before for previous users in the past. Maybe this has to do with the adaptions of the DME. And as long as it only happens on a cold engine the first days, I don't bother me that much. Could I help to perform the adaptations reset (button in the MHD app)...?

Yes, I also had this when flashing MHD Stage 0 with the cold start delete option.
I'm not 100% sure it was caused by this option (though it's mentioned a lot on the web for the past years), but was definitely caused by the MHD flash. |

I noticed that even with also some adjustments in the options (short flash) not related to the cold start delete (which I still use), the stalling on a cold start after the flash also occurs.
Next step to confirm that this happens only with the cold start delete activated, I could deactivate it. Curious what happens then... It's quite annoying because the stalling occurs 1 or 2 weeks until it goes ago. I like the silent cold start, but I wonder if the MHD reset of adaptions would be useful for this situation... Have to check the manual for this. |
