Is there a way if you have a basic kit (no controller) to wire a LED to your dash to show when the Meth is flowing?

I am trying to figure out how to run a race map on pump gas and still have a safety mechanism in place with the basic kit. If there was a led that lit up when Meth was flowing you could just keep an eye on it during WOT and if it went out just let off the gas. Can something like this be done?

yes there is a way, the LED has two wires, one for ground and the other is for power....hook one of the wires to the pump wire and the other to a ground...this way everytime the pump is used to pump the meth, it will turn on the led light and give you confirmation that meth is flowing

Does anyone know which way to turn the allen key to make the basic kit (cooling mist) spray sooner?

I rarely get into boost driving to work so I guess that explains why I'm not using very much meth. I just want to make sure I don't have a clog or it's not spraying correctly being that I have my jb3 to map7 and only 91 in the tank. Car feels great though. No knock or flat spots. The car really loves the meth and higher map!
It just depends on how you drive. As long as the flow sensor shows normal flow you're good!

I guess that is why I paid a little extra for the controller so I would be sure it was working correctly

Meth is a GREAT alternative for race gas!

+1 If you are really going to drive fast and time the car, I believe the headstart you have on cooling the IATs will prolong the cooler temps. Furthermore, I really believe the system adapts to the ideal IATs. But yes, for most purposes, starting it higher than 7psi will probably save you a lot of meth in the long run.

I run dual nozzles with the Snow Stage 3 (it independently controls both nozles), so the smaller turns on at lower boost and then save the other nozzle for higher boost pulls. It saves a whole lot on daily driving.

If you don't go WOT at every single opportunity, it should last you at least 1 to 2 tanks of gas....I think if you not going WOT, there really is no need for meth to even kick on...

lol....I think I would agree, but for me the times that I drive the car never allow me to WOT...too much traffic! But it is addictive to turn on the meth switch and then see the leds turn yellow to indicate flow and then green for map switching
