can a tuned/bolt on (dp,fmic, intake) 335i on 93 pump gas with an upgraded suspension beat the m3 around the track?
running meth, n2o, and/or high octane fuel isn't a fair comparison. i prefer to compare cars in their daily driven form as opposed to one being balls out and the other (m3) being nearly stock. |

As stated above the M3 is a track guru. You gotta remember straight line and turns are two different worlds.
Where did the Mustang argument come from?

or one wheel load you cant deny physics. ford did a good job setting the car up to hide the fact it has a leaf suspension

True iall never buy one but they did the best they could possibly do with a live axle. They figured that independent suspension wasnt that great on the 03-04 cobra so why the hell should we change it.

I drove a 6 speed MT 5.0 and I know i can smoke it! When I was having issues with misfires and couldn't get out of 2nd gear without going into limp mode I was in the 5.0 I planned to buy. I drove it and was impressed with its performance for a FORD but to be fair you'd have to compare it in the Ford line up to a 6 series in the BMW line up. The 335 is like a Fusion
We have 2 Rousch's on the lot as well that I can smoke too. The Corbra 5.0 is the real deal.... you don't need to do a thing to it! Stock with Strut bars, Open Box Intake, Brembo's, Supercharged. I wouldn't put a pulley on it, touch the ECU...no rims.. no suspension, Stock. I would kill to have that car. It would be like an M3 GT3. It's tweeked already.
