I'm afraid it's going to be Butt Dyno all the way with this one chaps
Hey I'm all for it if it works. But some who happened to be experts with coding on these cars say no way....like I said though, I hope it does what they claim and I am anxious to hear feedback...

Si-335d, do you have INPA and a cable? We're definitely going to want you to do some logging as tdi mentioned.

If this does what they claim I've already contacted the manufacturer and we can look into getting a distributor over here in North America (and a better price hopefully).

Well they had a 3 year head start in the eurozone for e90 335d work, so there is that. They also likely have more experience with the other applications of the 6hp26 (or 28, whichever anyone thinks they have) being that the same trans is in Jaguars and Land Rovers.

You know the best way to know if the remap is legit? Driving in D mode will actually be usable.

Wel it's on. The torque locking is very different as I nearly spun it on the 1st corner I pull out on, so it needs getting used too. Hooks up very solid on 2nd and 3rd wen flooring it at 30mph. Delay to shift was quicker and the actual gear changed felt more solid. So first impressions. It made a more than noticeable difference and I need to get used to pulling away from a standstill all over again. I will be turning my sprint booster off the highest setting tomorrow to the middle setting

I second that. I have witnessed many a miscalibrated butt-o-meter. Even a before and after video with time running in the display would be more objective.

iaknown, how do we log transmission functions in INPA?

Sorry chaps I have no way of taking any readings.

My butt dyno is very sensitive though. I even noticed the drop in performance when the winter fuel started. Took me a while to realise what it was. Same when I had a small leak in the red charge pipe.

Please let me reassure you that if I feel a difference, there is a difference
If I am unsure I will say so too

I have given my initial observations but will hold back on anymore until I have had a good drive at the weekend and out 60-100 miles on it

Good to hear you're satisfied so far. How about back to back videos of stock vs flashed on a full fuel run? The shifts are so long in these cars we should definitely be able to see the 30% difference on a video. Could you do that possibly?

Yep, trying to help him with that. Not sure I am adding much value. Looking for a source for the program files. You have anyone that can help?
