BOOM! I am glad I waited before I purchased a boost gauge. I can't wait for this to come out.

Penn, I am glad you asked this question as I would consider a trade in as well... but was it really necessary to quote Rick's entire post for such small comment?

All good man... I've seen people quote huge threads with a brazillion pictures in the past. It adds so much noise to an otherwise solid thread.

Very nice Rick, good work! Can existing boost gauge owners 'recycle' any of their hardware (depending on whether or not they choose to sell their gauge)? In other words, what (if any) hardware components are shared between the two?

Right now I would guess:
-faceplate (nevermind, button arrangement changed)
-plastic hose and DV tap parts
-boost sensor

Thanks!

-Walter

How much would it cost to fabricate a "custom" Z4 e89 vent gauge? Quality work man...

Yep, plastic hose and DV tap parts and boost sensor can be re-used... therefor the upgrade kit will keep this in mind, as the sensors are an expensive part of the kit.
