Yup. check out his videos (with his buddies) too for being stopped by the police as well. It's entertaining.

Although your RFD videos show you do deserve every ticket you get...you know how to fight your tickets which is keeping you off the hook thus far.

How you're going to fight this one, I don't know, but it'll be interesting. Because even if you win, again IF you win, your insurance premiums will already go up due to a license suspension and you will not regain the tow/impound fees.

Above all that, IF you somehow manage to get it all back AND win. You will setup a re-opening of every single 50 over/stunt-driving case since the law started.

This would be interesting.

I'll win no problem. In regards to not regaining impound and tow fees I will be suing the police for harassment and loss of income due to the seizure of the vehicle. My lawyer is already putting together the suit and upon the resolution of this case it will be going through.

yea it also depends on your age and belive it or not skin tone... yrp is just like that as much as we want to belive things are not like that in a place like york region its just not true. also we have a really dence population of modded cars and car meets. this causes for them to pick on us a little more

Hmm iv lived in York Region for the past 5 years and have never had an issue with YRP or Toronto Police, but judging by your videos, it seems like there would probably be a reason you would.

I always find it funny how people cry about stuff like this when really they should be accountable for their actions. I have a feeling you are the reason I pay super high insurance.

Here's a funny video I saw a while back.

Edit: I totally forgot but I was pulled over by YRP a while back for expired value tag, it was over by a month (again totally my fault) I pulled over, put my 4 ways on, put all my windows down (I have super dark tint), shut my car off and put my hands on the wheels. The officer was polite and he actually let me go. Anyhoo there's my take on YRP

Yea but your driving a BMW not a Civic .. And how can they tell how old you are? I look low 20's but Im high 20's ..
Again I believe it all about how you drive... And usually (99% of the time) if your not doing anything wrong, you won't be pulled over.
Police are well aware of the fact that someone can charge them with harassement if thats the case.

Your little spy cam will not hold up as it's inconclusive. Aka...It doesn't prove you didn't swerve into the turn as the camera is pointing forward. The turning motion was rearward not forward. Secondly, How do you know you can get the charge dropped? Do you have a relative in Toronto's finest? If not, consider yourself one of the people crossed off on Karma's to do list. Btw- you sounded like a tit when you called in the "black lady DUI".
Doesn't sound like you know how to drift / oversteer your car, as if you did, you'd know that the nose of the car wouldn't be pointing straight ahead in the middle of the road the way it would under normal driving, and if he was in fact drifting, the vid would show which direction his car was facing.

OP - Good luck with the case.
