as said earlier in the thread people want cars for nothing these days ,pherhaps I'm not harsh enough but it seems I buy them at top price and sell them at bottom price ,the cars been on ebay now for 9 days at a buy it now price of 8999 or best offers ,quite frankly ive had ridiculas offers like 5k lol or px/swaps for people old sheds ,at this rate I'm gonna keep it ,pherhaps put a leather interior and new alloys on and enjoy it ,the insurance is due march 13 if I get to that date with no sale I'm gona insure it and spend my money on the bmw
btw ;- I phoned bmw in manchester and apparently my car isnt affected by the theft issue its march 2007 onwards and my car build date was feb2007 or was that my car couldnt have the software update unless its post march 2007 |

im happy to accept that selling is a battle of wills,im also happy to accept that the 325 isnt the most desireable version of teh e92, but advertising a car for say £8500 and getting offers of £5k from people who probably dont even know what car it is they are ringing about is ridiculous (webuyanycar offered me a better deal than that!) one guy offered me 3 cars in part-ex. what on earth would I do with 3 cars?? |

If this is your car I think you will struggle because it has a few things going against it:
If I were you I'd think about keeping it and/or swap the interior with a second hand leather one: Like this |

What 'tax issues' on a 2.5 325i are you referring to? On a similar note, what month was your registered in 2007? |

All the early 335i's were band K afaik? It's only the convertible that pushes into the next band (£460!). Even the estate with an auto is band K from what I have seen. |

Mate we buy any car will knock you down on the initial offer. Thats what they get their commision on.
I guess you have nothing to lose by going there but better off trading your car in. |

Need to keep the faith, I just paid strong money for my 57 plate e90, but it was the perfect car with the right spec that I was after. Had my R32 for sale for about 6 months and the first person that came to view bought it.
