why did the admin erase my message FOR... iT WAS THE TURTH towards trendixx.. come on ppl lets be real... i called them up today and a girl picked up the phone she was like theres no such thing as trendixx I CALLED BACK LIKE 10 TIMES AND NO ANSWER... IV BEEN CALLING ALL DAY EVERY DAY... EVEN LAST WEEK.... SENT A COUPLE OF EMAILS.. NO ANSWER... PM NUTTIN NADA... i just wanna to talk to steven or carlos or who ever is in chrage with the company.. all i want is my money or my springs BACK.. i dont care about anything else.. well sorry if u got into an accident but not my problem WE ARE HERE FOR CARS NOT TO MEET PPL.. Well,

In the mean time, since he explained himself yesterday, I've since posted up a couple posts directed at Carlos, sent him a PM, and left a voicemail message the other day, and still, I get no response?????? I would still really like to know if/when he's planning on shipping my painted rear lip spoiler, since it was supposed to be done from the paint shop a week ago!

Since Monday I've been PM'ing and calling and asking him to ship it as is without painting. I'm begining to think the whole paint thing is just part of the delay. I'd rather have the spoiler at this point and get it painted myself. But guess what, no response on that request either. If I really did order one that was in stock (said he had two left when I ordered), then jump all over this and ship it to me. He will make more profit to boot. But since he is not contacting me concerning this, I have real doubts about him fulfilling our orders.

Ok so I am another one who is being fooled around by Carlos. I ordered a set of e92 matte black grills on the 30 January. He told me he would ship it on the 6 February. Since that day I sent him 3 emails asking for the tracking number but got no response back. Suddenly on the 20 February he mails me saying that the grills have been returned because of an unknown address. He told me he had apparently mixed the street and house numbers around and that he would send them again. I have since then asked 4 times for a tracking number (3 by mail and one PM) but again he has not answered back. I dont know what to think now, I do not know if he has really sent my grills or if he is making everything up. If I do not have a response in a few days I will be forced to open a claim through paypal

If its been more than 20 days your claim will be automatically cancelled, so you need to call them directly and talk to them. They usually just give you a courtesy credit. If they get too many complaints paypal will flag their account.

No, you can first open a dispute (during the 45 days after the transaction). You then have more 20 days to open a claim.

im def not ordering anything until I start seeing some happy customers. Its too easy for "companies" which are really 1 or 2 people, take huge GB deposits, and not follow through. Its been happening since we've been meeting in internet forums.

all my pms with Carlos have been good, so ill hold out and see how they deliver to you all

got email that said my paypal transaction is cleared on 2/21/07
the last PM I got from carlos was on 2/28/07
"I will check with them this evening and get back to you. But, I am sure it's either shipped or being prepped for shipping."
that 's what I got.
after that, no any update so far
Now I don't even know if the kit actually has already made or painted??
