If u are using 5 inch dp or 3 inches dp, you will need to use the same pip to the muffer otherwise u will have back pressure.. Even with 3 inches dp, it will barely fit on the the 335i car. max pipping under the car would 3 inch each.. total of 3 inches. 2.5 inches will fit perfectly.. U also remember they are using floating valve.. they need some back pressure |

Ehhh...how do you suggest that? The cats are in the downpipe, which would be replaced by this aftermarket downpipe. The secondary cats are on the OEM exhaust...which is integrated in a single piece that is about 7.5 feet long. I can't say that I would want to reinstall the OEM DP and exhaust every two years for an emissions test.
