We have it in our 996 Turbo as well and it is perfection (although it is subjective). I'll definitely go for the B&M for the 335 when I get it.

I have it for the 330i, and it comes with the CDV bypass valve. Haven't installed it yet, but here's a link to the install instructions:

Not sure if this differs from the 335i, as I haven't compared transmissions.
