When a few of us have done the stretch which you'll see in a few weeks, it should hopefully demonstrate this can be done and still remain fairly safe.

We all take risks, small or large. This is an endless topic and is subjective, but always good to hear people's thoughts.

My thoughts:

Firstly, with a car, there's no such thing as "at your own risk". Its by definition "at your and other road users' risk"

Fit the wrong size tyres and you can be pretty certain that your car won't pass an MOT and that your insurance company will not pay out should anything happen. That means that in the event of an accident you could end up with both your own and all third party damages, which in the case of injury could be huge. Is the stretched look worth losing everything, because that's ultimately the risk.
