Not really. I mean, the BMW dealer has nicer seats and coffee but other than that, same ol same ol.

I'd definitely go with the 'Vette. The C7 Z51 is going to be a monster. You won't be giving up much to a base '13 Z06 in performance and will get the added benefit of the new interior and GM's newest engineering as well.

Not sure these cars were even meant to be cross shopped. Sounds like "I need a new car, i'm thinking either a Phantom or a F12.... please help"

It probably wasn't meant to be crossed shopped but I'm fortunate to be able to shop for any car that excites me and these 2 seems to fit the bill personally. I don't have a family and make quite a decent living so I'm just looking for the latest and greatest. I've owned about 6 cars previous to my 335d, convertibles, rotary engines, turbo charged awd, so I've been there and done that, just looking for something exciting and new.

Not usually a big fan of American sports cars even the Vette but for this, my vote goes to the C7.

Go for the vette. That new car will deliver plenty of excitement and finally refinement too

Totally different cars but I'd rather drive a base Vette than a $55k version of a $29k car.

One car is a world beater car that isn't called a super car simply because it isn't expensive and rare enough. The other one is a FWD little car based on the company's "economy" offering.
