As far as I know, Canada/US will not get the brake regenerative feature yet. Probably in the future. There's also a whole bunch of other "Efficient Dynamics" stuff incorporated into the 2008 cars as well.

High end audio system

I read through the E92 price list and compared it to the old one.

The car prices are generally increased by 400-800 euros. The main difference compared to 2007 models is lower fuel consumption for nearly all models.

Summary:

*price increases
model +euros
320i +400
325i +900
330i +850
335i +350
320d +400
325d +850
330d +450
335d +200

*reduced fuel consumption (l/100km mixed driving)
model '07 '08
320i 6.3 6.3
325i 8.4 7.1
330i 8.8 7.2
335i 9.5 9.1
320d 4.9 4.8
325d 6.4 5.9
330d 6.5 6.1
335d 7.5(a) 6.7(a)

*some other observations:
-all models get brake energy regeneration
-all models except 335s get servotronic power steering
-320i gets milage gauge instead of oil temp gauge
-M sport package gets glacier silver aluminium trim instead of brushed aluminium trim
-bmw individual high end audio system option available (2100 euros)
Is this system offered on any other BMW?

Coming to America?

Does anyone know if the regenerative brakes are going to make it into the USA cars?

Any updates on the 328 transmission? Will BMW still use the GM sourced hydramatic 6L50 or change to the ZF tranny from 335??

I'll bet it goes up more than that, the exchange rate difference is going to hurt us.

Don't seem like it for now. But there is a possibility with the 5 series as it was said that it will be available starting in June this year. Whether it is available everywhere in the world right now, I am not sure.

BTW, I think this "Sports" version of the Flexray lever is much better looking than the "Ordinary" flexray found in the X5 and 5 series.

The new price list Sept'07 for Germany can be directly downloaded on bmw.de

I have been reading the E91 one:
-Fuel goes down like pervious said, and the CO2 emissions goes down as well.
-There is no new colour for the M package, I hoped to see the, inside trims are now Glaciersilver as standard
-There is a new rims modell 268 16inch for 318i/d, 320i/d and 325i
- the High End Individual Audio cost above 2000 euros, and it can be only ordered with M Package and Navi!

I can find nothing about new colours or new interior colours!

Can't they add Spacegrey for E90/91 With M Package????

This doesn't necessarily mean squat, but with todays exchange rate 400-800 converts to $546.96-$1,093.92. My guess is the 335i US model will have a price increase of around $700.
