Fair enough. It would be nice to see the logs after you have it dialed in. Is this the issue with the OP's datalog as well? I have spent some time over the last two months looking at JB4 boost logs and more often than not the boost curve is not really smooth. The scaling on the logs does make it appear smoother than if you plotted that same graph in datazap. I do suggest everyone use datazap to graph their logs. It is really sweet and I see OP used it. Attached is OP's log in datazap showing boost with better resolution showing jumps in boost in the middle of the 3rd gear of about 1 to 1.5psi.

If post-shift boost spike is happening frequently, try raising your autoshift damper from 60 to 75 to see if that helps [a hot tip from Russ @ BMS]. Your avg Ign did raise a bit post shift but that is the only instance of this I saw in any of your logs. You may just need a few more pulls to adapt. Regardless, the post-shift timing drop is a demon that haunts most of us AT guys!
It was a adaptation issue....didn't do a adaption run. I have always had great post shift timing.

Here is a sample log

That seems to be running different timing 10-11 degrees instead of 15-16 degrees. There is also more boost. If you look in this adapted log there seems to also be roughly 1psi of overshoot in the middle of that gear, I would assume 3rd gear, without any throttle closure

yes, totally different flash...just trying to show post shift timing. I will load my other log in datazap....love that program.

Need some actual dyno numbers. When you do, make sure you get a stock flash map0 baseline. Just looking at the logs and the VD, I have to say you suck.. LOL your car is now faster than mine. haha Just running flash at the moment.
