Auto X....you're better off with a small car like the E30 or a Miata. Heck, I think a new 1LE is as big of a car you'd want to Auto X.

Who knows, it could take a used E30 M3 + $50k to get it where it'll dominate on the auto X course.

Never said I liked the matte finish, but love the car overall. There isnt a more impressive car IMO ever built. Technology this blows away the P1 and LaF all perform execpetionally and IMO this is still the most attractive inside and out and I think it def sounds better than the P1 without a doubt and the LaF is close but prefer the V8 over the V12.

Not interested in the M2 so have no interest in reading about it. The GT4 on the other hand will be something else.

Love it. There are obviously other cars I would rather have, but at the same point, my bank account says no to all of the above lol.

Gorgeous ride, but I do have to agree. I don't mind matte finish, but this car is begging for some damn sheen and sparkle. Doesn't really do much justice in such a bland color.

If it was polished and clear coated pure CF, Maybe , for me BUT on a $1MM ++++ car the matt black does work.

I saw the same matt black on an Aventador and I came to the same conclusion- Matt Black is a non starter for me even with all the $$ in the world to buy it.

It's just a wrap, comes standard on the weissach package, you can either get it painted with the wrap over if you want, or no paint and just the wrap. Either way the matte black is definitely not permanent. I wouldn't pick it but at least it's not paint.

I love everything about the 918 except the paint. Matte paint just isn't good on any car let along a million dollar car. Makes the car look like a kit car. Terrible.

If I could afford it I would get it in Sapphire Blue like the ones on the 911.
