What's wrong with alternate side parking? It's the only thing that gets 95% of the cars to move. In certain areas, parking is brutal because people leave their cars parked for weeks and months. Why own a vehicle if you're not going to touch it for weeks. It's obvious those people truly don't need a vehicle and make it so much tougher to find parking.
