Last I checked I believe it was a $500 rebate if you purchased a 3 or 4 series.

I wonder if this offer can be applied with the BMW Drive for Team USA $1,000 offer.
That's an after purchase/lease thing. So yes you can but its not really an incentive as much as a rebate.

Yup, the BMWCCA rebate is separate from the purchase. Redeemed it many times along with the Team USA/UDE offer!

That's probably true, but you should be able to combine it with the $1K Anniversary Credit being offered under the current lease program for June
Where do you find these offers? I don't see them on BMW special offers page.

Never mind, I just saw the fine print. Good for all 2015 and 2016 BMW except the i8. But you do have to take delivery after the event. If you custom order your car this has to be done after the event as well.

So once again -

anniversary credit is only for 2015 M3

UDE is good for 6 months
OR (not both)
Drive For steam USA - good for 60 days

If you work with a good CA they can order your car and not put your name in it until you do the event. Basically they order it as dealer stock until you do the event and then Change it.It shortens the time

This is from my Drive USA email:

1$1,000 Drive for Team USA Allowance is available on new 2014 BMW i3 models and all new 2015 and 2016 BMW models excluding BMW i8 and can only be redeemed by individuals who participate in a scheduled BMW Drive for Team USA event and is non-transferable. The offer is valid from 60 days of the event on the lease or purchase of all eligible models. Offer may be redeemed at an authorized BMW center for stateside (U.S.) delivery only and cannot be used for European delivery. Offer not valid for vehicles delivered prior to event attendance or customer orders placed prior to event attendance. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers. Offer cannot be used for tax, title, registration, destination or other dealership fees. Offer is only valid for the recipient of this invitation. Some restrictions apply; see an authorized BMW center for details.

Can someone please clarify what needs to happen to qualify for the 60 day timelimit for the team USA event:
A) place order for a build within the 60 day timeframe or
B) need to take possession of the car within 60 days

I've heard both but option A is more advantageous as it would allow you to potentially lock in a higher residual for a lease if you order a build closer towards the end of the 60 days and it would give you a couple months (to receive car) to get closer to year end for potentially favorable lease terms. Bmw new residuals for m3 took a hit in July so trying to maximize savings.

Take delivery, just like UDE. Here is what the certificate says

The redemption code expires 6 months after xxxx (where xxxx is the date of the event)

I attend the Ultimate Drive Event this morning and one of the reps told me the following:

-UDE credit can be applied to local sponsored dealers only
-UDE credit has an expiration date - refer to your invitation. My letter states, must take delivery by Nov 2.
-UDE code will be sent via email a few days after attending the event

I didn't notice any dealership representation as it was held at a neutral location.

I'm skeptical if the UDE credit is for local dealers only as BMW corporate was on-site including a representative from the Performance Center in SC.

Credit is for $1000.

I have actually applied the credit. With Adrian who is 1000 miles away from where I took the event. :-)

When you get the certificate it tells you the expiration date, mine was 6 months to the day.

Thanks Miami - my BS meter was going off when the rep told me only local dealers.

NP - BMWNA is big on protecting the dealer experience (unfortunately it's not always to benefit of their actual customer. Lol

Correct. Production number currently says another name so the plan was to change it to my name after attending the event and changing to priority 1.

Build specs are to my request

Damn, so if I just ordered my car on Friday then I can't use the drive incentive if I attend after that date?
