These are not covered by warranty.

Other than wastegate rattle and high RPM whine on both, turbo#1 had a small seal leak.

Supposedly, if the get twisted during install will restrict oil flow.

I guess that would lead toward premature shaft wear.

The rest of the issues with these units in unrelated to the oil lines I think.
Yea this is a big issue for people installing turbos and lines on their own. I double and triple checked all the lines to prevent kinks. The rear oil feed line when installed was very close to being kinked barely, I was able to use a small pipe bender and bend it slightly to give the line slack around the metal mesh. After that everything went on smooth

I spoke with Wayne at Hexon. He said 500whp is the limit on straight pump, FBO and a custom tune. With 100% E85 they were able to get over 600whp and 570wtq.

I would run them with 100 e85. I got stage 2 lpfp, just waiting for fuel it to release their throttle body injection kit ?.... I think 600 aint bad at all for the price

Fuel it throttle body kit doesn't support the flow necessary for +500whp on full E85. Steve made that very clear and yet people still miss that point.

O it doesnt support it? I thought he didnt want anybody running the test kits over 500hp during the testing. I didnt catch the part where it said it wouldnt support over 500. Lol i better read it again then

You might be able to squeeze 500-530 with the TB injection but you will not see 600 without port injection and a stage 3 pump (then again I'm not exactly sure how much fueling users are getting with a stage 2 lpfp and PI)

550whp is possible on a e60 fuel car and full fbo-st2 lpfp,TBI,inlets as per Steve from fuel it. Now for +550whp and full e85 fuel you will need PI which will apparently let another 50hp. Well I just pulled a trigger on a set of Hexon's and be tuning with Wedge to achieve 550whp running e60 and TBI.
