By way of background, I have an 08 335xi stage 2+ car. It tested at 364/417 this summer when it was stage 1+. I'm guessing it's in the 380-385 awhp range now and I'm curious what would potentially get me over the 400 mark without ethanol..

You do know area under the curve is a lot more important than peak power.. right?

I'd much rather have 400hp available from ~4000-5500rpm than say 425hp only at 7k, which will have less area on the curve.
