Brake discs with anti corrosion paint.

I will be needing new discs and pads all round on my 325i soon.
Which suppliers offer discs with anti corrosion protection? Hate rusty hubs!

Fitted Pagid on the front of mine nearly a year ago and still no corrosion, however the stories of Pagid may put you off

Fitted Eicher to the rear less than six months ago and within a week they were bright orange, hopeless, going to take them all off soon and coat them in something

I have the Zimmerman perforated discs with coat Z. Rears have been on the car since last December and the fronts since around July last year and the hubs are still the same as when I put them on no corrosion at all. I would recommend these discs.

I buy OEM and just paint all the hubs and edges with a decent etch primer (with high zinc content) before fitting.
After that, they never go rusty and still look OEM

Brembo do them, I fitted them on all 4 corners a few months ago. EuroCarParts supplied them, you'll see the charcoal-coloured "UV coating" on them in the pic.

A coat of silver hammerite left to dry before installation on them has done me right so far.

Grab the exact part number from the manufacturers website as they have an online catalogue then google that number you should see links for resellers on ebay, where I brought mine from, and Amazon.de etc...

Very reasonably priced and very good quality.

I've coupled mine with akebono pads for a killer combo as the pads produce very little brake dust and the stopping power is very good.

Cheers mate. What sort of money did you pay for the full set? Looking on Amazon and eBay, I'm looking at around £400!

Rears £159 for the pair

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ZIMMERMANN...3D201258285299

Couldn't find the fronts on ebay at the mo but found them on the following site listed as £92 which I guess is per disc.

http://www.sparepartstore24.co.uk/1738754-zimmermann

Same shop lists the rears for £84 each.

http://www.sparepartstore24.co.uk/1738736-zimmermann

These are for the 335 so the ones for your car might be less just check the part numbers before you order anything.
