Call me crazy, but I've been lusting after S2000's lately. Way too impractical for me, though -- I've got two kids and a third on the way.

I had a marathon polishing session with my car last weekend, used the 1000W halogens and all, and my swirls were really minor when I began. Way, way WAY less than this S2000. This car is at least a year newer than mine. How do cars this new get so many swirls? I handwash my car carefully about once a week, and have done so since I got it, so I know that helps. But does it make this much difference? Is the swirling on this S2000 all from automatic car washing?
BMWs have the WORST OP IMO. But on the brighter side, the clear on the bimmers are also much thicker than normal cars. So its a give an take.

A lot of owners bring me their cars and want their OP removed, although it CAN be done through sanding, its not recommended. It takes off too much clear and compromises the clear's longevity and UV protection.

My new airsanding system is PERFECT for OP removal, but I aim to use it only on poorly resprayed cars, not cars w OEM paint. (unless spot defect removal)
