Error code help

Car- 2010 330d 127k

Wife ended up conking out in water just covering the bottom of the bumper on friday, loads of codes, cleared them and these have come back, not getting much info searching online, codes as follows

004DBB - smoothness regulator cylinder 6

00DEB
004B10
004B11. All smoothness regulator

004A1F
004A4F
004A5F All glow plug

Car rough on startup and smoking this morning, wife also saying there is a smell inside and outside the car

Scan for codes using ISTA. It will give you a description of the faults.

I would recommend buy the cable and software to install on your laptop. Until then you are really guessing. It's a no brainer for how much it costs.

The only laptop we own is my daughters, it takes about 20 mins to load up its so slow
