same here man, i even left Tiago a PM but no reply. This is very poor customer service. I run a business as well and understand a "bad weak" but this is just taking way too long. No communication whatsoever.

What about my history here and post count? What's my agenda and why has my question gone unanswered for at least a couple of weeks? You're always quick to deflect whenever these threads come up, but the only one hurting your business is you.

VRSF sent me the wrong coupler three times. THREE TIMES. And they still haven't replied to my email on the third one after a full week. I think they're just trying to hide now haha

I know this is an old post but I have been having trouble as well getting a response from VRSF. I ordered DP's, Intakes and Intercooler on 7/20/2020 and never received any updates. I inquire about them daily via their support contact page (email). No response. Then, recently on 8/1/20 i received my order but am Missing the intercooler. I sent an email again asking about my missing part and currently awaiting a response. I also filed a case with Fedex just incase. Can someone from VRSF please help.
