Guys we're about to order up some FK Coilovers and I need your opinions??

They offer 4 lines of coils... 2 lines are galvanized steel bodies and 2 lines are stainless steel bodied units. The question is do you guys have interest in the cheaper galvanized units or just stick with the stainless units that will offer both KW V1 & V2 type options at a cheaper price?? We'd appreciate the feedback...thank you!!

We're working on finalizing pricing now and there will be a post up in the Vendor area shortly. At this point we're just trying to gauge interest in what you guys would like to see stocked vs what we'll have to special order!

My buddy had a set of FK coils for his Audi TT and he was very happy with it, but FK is a bigger brand name in Germany, but if the price if right, i am sure people will know more about it and consider it compared to the bigger names like KW, Bilstein, H&R, etc....

I think it will depend on the price difference for most customers really. If the difference isn't significant enough, then I don't think many will opt for it over the stainless steel version. If a galvanized KW V2 equivalent is available for under $1,000, I think you'd really have some business there.

Guys are always looking for "value" options for their cars. As long as "value" doesn't mean "cheap" in terms of build quality.

i would be interested in stainless (midwest boy)
Are these good quality, ride comfort, etc?

I am going to assume there are people like me who have no interest in tracking but would like the height adjustability with a comfortable ride (daily driver).

Someone would make a small mint if they offered us XI owners a reasonably priced coilover, that didnt take months to get.

+1 Aren't ST's KW galvanized equivalents? Will these be similar to the ST's? cheaper? same or better quality?

They offer a galvanized V1 as well as V2 type and we'll have access to all 4 lines but will likely only keep stock on the stainless steel units!!
