OP- my suggestion is to call up the place you bought it from and tell them that you will be sending them the bill for a "real" Nav disc. , along w/ a bill for their effort, and some "pain and suffering"

Soo i called them and their "like soo after 7 months you have a problem" And im like yea i have a problem i just noticed i don't have the read navi cd and its giving me problems soo his like " Mail that one in and i'll mail u another one " and im like i need the reall one. soo he goes "Ok "DUDE" don't give me "SHIT" .Raising his voice at me and cursing at me ! His like on monday , talkk to the reall BOSS , i was like i wanna talk to him and his like this conversation is done... I was like its just the beggining and i clicked on him.

hey, 2 members have already offered to mail you a copy for free, so why not just take the offer and appreciate their effort. i haven't seen that many members here that has problems with a bad copy. so just give it a try before taking further actions, i.e. suing them.

You should have gone to a REAL BMW Dealership. I am sure you thought that you where saving money because this place had the car cheaper than the 15 or so BMW Dealers in that zip code.
I would be thinking twice about what it is I had bought, if this is the way they are treating you, car could have been a write off or anything maybe even a dealer buyback, if you want to send me the Vin I will run a history for you.

good luck with that dealership...my cousing bout an e46 m3 from them got F'd big time. they had like 5 m3's there. i noted the shift knob was worn. they said they were gonna replace it. never did. he picked up the car. They are the worst. Never buy a car from luxury cars. Post it every where. my cousin called them numerous times,,,,got hung up on, cursed at, They will shut down soon the way they are running business.

works fine for most everyone. only problems were burning on a single layer dvd-r, but that can be fixed by either:
1) burning onto a dual-layer dvd-r like I did or

Sorry man, but that is 110% not true. When you buy used , you are getting the car AS-IS. In NY you have a 30 day window to return it as a lemon for an issue like that.
I know because my father has been in the used car business for 30+ years and I even did it for a couple of years.

Yea i took a look at the site they look like a chop shop. Everything worn and they don't care to replace it. All high model high mileage cars. No strategy in there buying at auctions. Bad business if you ask me. I would have never bought a car there but you should try one of the burned cds.
