335diesel.... The auto does have apeal the more I think about it. Can be a pain in the arse changing gear all the time. Especially with a derv. At least with a petrol you can hold the revs.

Also, most BMW put out under their stated power Evolve told me, mine put out 170bhp not 177. VAG normally give more I thought?!

Odd, the 335i seems to all put out about 320-325bhp, which is over the rated 306.??
Evolve figures seem to show this too i recall.....

My 335i Tourer (which weighs 150kg more than the saloon, and the saloon is 75kg lighter than the coupe believe it or not) take about £60 of super unleaded (only ever use Vpower) after average 300-330 miles.

The missus didn't like the tourer idea until we test drove one, she had the image of an old volvo estate in mind....

The 335i is not some high revving screamer anyway, standard they run out of puff at about 5500rpm, no point is hanging on after that. A map will sort that out though

Agreed, if you want a car that responds to being revved the 330i is the one

No point going out in tony's 460HP 335i, no real representation of a normal 335i AT ALL anymore LOL.

Not that ive seen, yes with E46 M3's But with 335i's and 335d's they have Been pretty much Bang on or just over!

Yeah mate for sure, we can hook up another time anyhow.

Tone has a Re-map, oil cooler, intercooler downpipes, and a few other Bits i cant rememBer.

Also the car is heavily worked also!
